Everyone, regardless of race or religion, is invited to join in the celebration of Passover Across America at Beth Judah Temple, Spencer and Pacific Avenues, in Wildwood, NJ, on April 23, beginning at 6:30 pm.
The story of Passover is a constant reminder that people will not submit to slavery or injustice indefinitely. The unique explanatory service at Beth Judah Temple and the seder meal that follows recalls the story of the Jews flight from slavery in Egypt and their journey to freedom. It is reminiscent of the many waves of immigration from Europe and other lands where people fled to this country to avoid pogroms, famine and poverty. And it continues to this day.
So join us in the traditional four cups of wine and the seder meal as we celebrate the blessings of freedom. Everyone is welcome — singles, couples and families, all ages and religions. Bring your neighbors, friends and co-workers. The seder/dinner is $40 per person. Please RSVP by April 11.
